Two restaurants are the main dedicated dining venues at Randles Hotel and they share the elegant ‘look’ and style of a traditional Irish country residence. It’s the signature ambience of the hotel and contributes a cosy, intimate atmosphere everywhere.
Although the two restaurants are appended, they each retain their individuality and can be separated by partition when required.
Checkers with its distinctive black and white floor tiles and The Court with its warm, period colours. Both restaurants offer menus with simple yet elegant dishes to guests looking for a relaxed and graceful dining experience. Seafood is a speciality and both share the honour of offering the finest of fresh ingredients prepared by our wonderful chef, Michael O’Sullivan.
